Dear Families,
It is not too late to participate in our Goshen Creek Fundraiser. It only takes selling 15 items to be able to ride on the party bus or 20 items for both siblings to ride. Please take a moment to share this opportunity with your family members. Lastly, don't forget to send those vouchers to school with your students so they can trade them in on some great prizes. We appreciate you and your continued support!
Wendy Ashley, GCES Principal

Your child's homeroom teacher will be in charge of exchanging completed tickets from sales for Big Kahuna's Pigtastic Collectibles starting tomorrow.
Thank you for your support!

Goshen Family,
Today is the official kickoff of Goshen Creek PTA Membership Drive. Please take a moment to scan these two codes and join this amazing group. There are big incentives for the winning classes so be sure to share this information with your family members. Together we are doing great things and making differences in the world around us.

Dear Goshen Family,
We appreciate you and your continued partnership as we continue to shave off time on our arrival & dismissal procedures. We wanted to take a moment to ask for your support with these four areas to continue to help build our students' independence as we help them to be prompt & prepared. Together we are showing successful gains on our adventure to success.
Partnering together,
Wendy Ashley, GCES Principal

Goshen Family,
We want to thank you for your support, cooperation, and dedication in helping to make Goshen the best place to be as we work through adapting to our community's growth during our arrival and dismissal procedures. Our district and community police officers have been instrumental in helping to implement this process of keeping traffic flowing while ensuring everyoneโs safety. We continue to ask for your partnership and focus on working together as a community. Together, we can make this system the best as we keep everyone safe, secure, and successful.
We would like to focus and ask for your support on five key points:
1. During arrival and dismissal times as you are traveling south down Pojo Dr, please do not turn left into the front parking lot. This will help maintain the traffic flow into one direction.
2. During arrival and dismissal times, please always exit to the right out of the front parking lot.
3. When waiting to enter the north entrance gate, please pull over into the grass on Pojo to ensure traffic can maintain the flow on Pojo Dr.
4. When unloading or loading at the north gate entrance and you are in two lanes, please be kind as the two lanes merge into one at the second gate.
5. Please remember that our district and community police officers are here to help and provide safety for all our students, families, and staff members. Kindly do your part to help keep them safe as well.
By helping with these four key points, we will keep Goshen strong. As always, we appreciate you and your continued partnership in making Goshen the best place to be. With the small changes made to our morning and afternoon procedures, we have been able to cut the total duration of time in half. Each day, we will continue to see drastic improvements with your help.
Stronger together,
Wendy Ashley, Goshen Creek Elementary Principal

๐จ Important Update for Springtown ISD Families ๐จ
To help keep all of our students safe, we want to update you that food deliveries can now only be made by individuals listed under your studentโs emergency contacts. This means that services like Uber Eats, GrubHub, Food Kab, etc., will not be allowed to deliver food to students at school.
Please make sure that any food brought to school is delivered by someone listed on your childโs emergency contact list. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated as we work together to maintain a safe environment for all our students.
