It’s a Great Year to be a Porcupine!

I’m Andrew Hohman, and I couldn't be more excited to begin my journey as Principal at Springtown High School this year. With the support of my incredible wife and our child, I feel privileged not only to care for my own family but also to nurture and guide nearly 1200 students each day.

My path to Springtown ISD feels purposeful. I am continually inspired by the dedication and compassion our teachers show their students, as well as the remarkable talents our students demonstrate daily. Being part of a community that exudes such strong pride and unwavering support is truly an honor.

I am dedicated to ensuring that every one of our Porcupines receives the educational and social-emotional support necessary to succeed in a world full of opportunities—be it in higher education, their careers, or the military.
